A Tale of Paper: Refolded is a story about a magical man made of paper named Lin. He is very small and fragile, but brave and curious, so he goes on a journey, wanting to fulfill the dream of his creator. And this path will not be easy - the protagonist is so tiny that even vacuum cleaners and spiders pose a serious threat to him. The paper creature compensates for this with his wits and ability to take on another form to overcome challenges. Another feature of the plot is that none of the characters speak, and their motives are left to the gamer to guess.Unlike other games, in A Tale of Paper: Refolded there is no way to fight enemies. Instead, you can run away from them by folding into origami. For example, turning into a frog, the hero can quickly gallop away from trouble, and in the form of an airplane - fly over crevices. But other forms have drawbacks - for example, in the frog form, the hero cannot walk or run slowly. Some forms are also useful only in certain situations. New forms are unlocked during the game, when the daredevil made of paper finds special books.By changing forms, Lin solves the puzzles he encounters. You can also use surrounding objects for this - by picking up a key, the hero can unlock the lock. There are few locations, but due to the miniature size of the protagonist, they are very vast and full of dangers. The hero will have to visit the city, visit the observatory, the subway tunnels and escape from giant spiders underground.
