Afro Samurai 2: Revenge of Kuma is a bloody episodic action game, the plot of which consists of three parts, where each has a separate story, its heroes, and fighting styles. The events take place in futuristic Japan, where elements of feudalism can be traced. Here mortals are equal to gods, a cyborg with a bear mask - there are a lot of contradictions here.The first one was marked by Kuma, who tried to enter into battle with the protagonist Afro. Having suffered a defeat, the character will try to win, acting as a hero. Gino, nicknamed Kuma, is an experienced warrior whose fate was not easy. Characters are sworn brothers and exceptional fighters, capable of wielding two blades at the same time. There is no clear division between good and bad fighters - everyone has their own concepts of justice, which they defend. The adventure consists of different events and flashbacks. Gino is a ghost who wanders driven by a thirst for revenge. The combat mechanics are based on attacks, where after using simple blows, super attacks are opened, and dodges. There are elements of a platformer and RPG, where sometimes it is necessary, for example, to jump over obstacles, and minimal pumping of skills. The protagonist has three fighting styles with varying degrees of damage, which can be switched between in the process.
