However, after some time, as a result of this action, Evil awakened again, which is why the protagonists now have to cope with it. The user is given control of a squad of fighters with personal characteristics and characters. Moreover, during dialogues, it will be possible to examine them more carefully, as their icons will be displayed during communication. The opponents are monsters that attack the characters using magical abilities for this.In Agarest: Generations of War, there are many additional activities that make it easier to complete story and secondary missions. For example, you can do alchemy in order to create more powerful weapons and equipment by combining the available items. Blacksmithing is available, thanks to which it will be possible to upgrade equipment, increasing its level up to a certain maximum. There is a system of romantic relationships that affects the development of the storyline. The essence is that the protagonist will enter into a relationship with one of several partners provided to choose from. Thus, in the future, their descendants will be transferred under the player's control, having certain characteristics depending on the characteristics of the parents.
