Age of Castles tells the story of people fighting demons and evil spirits. The events take place in a medieval setting with a fantasy environment. The game's campaign offers 18 scenarios in which the player will have to confront various enemy armies with the help of hired troops. The plot tells about cities destroyed by hordes of monsters and the extermination of the human race. As a ruler, the gamer will have to unite the remnants of humanity and repel invaders from the underworld. Granite bastions embodied the classic features of turn-based strategies. Every turn it is necessary to control the level of taxes, rebuild the castle, turning it into a full-fledged impregnable fortress. The player will also have to assign workers to perform certain mining and construction actions. In the process of development, ordinary units can be retrained into warriors, archers, healers. This allows you to create your own full-fledged army, capable of resisting attacks on the fortress. The castle is managed on behalf of one of 5 rulers. The choice in favor of a specific hero is made at the very beginning of the game. It depends not only on the appearance, but also on the initial characteristics. The list of parameters is represented by the starting capital, the number of people in subordination, the level of protection of the walls, magical and combat potential. As the game progresses, the GG's indicators will increase from the experience gained and the equipment acquired. Various potions will also help to tip the scales in your favor.
