The protagonist learns that there is only one way to get out of this cursed place - to meet face to face with the mysterious Scarlet Goddess. Modes are represented by a story campaign and a set of challenges, randomly generated.

The gameplay of Agony (uncensored) throws you into the very heart of the hell, where you have to go through all the circles of Hell. The other world is composed of suffering, cruelty, and despair. Labyrinths are teeming with terrible creatures, including martyrs with bags on their heads, screaming in pain, sexy succubi, speaking in male voices and many others. The gameplay is a walking simulator where you have to hide or run away from especially dangerous monsters. Also on your way there will be a huge number of puzzles and many action and sex scenes.
