In Search of Immortality 3: The Shadow of Tormenta is a quest project made in the style of a visual novel. A carefree and colorful world suffers a disaster - it is attacked by an ancient creature Torment. It drained the magic of the magical city and forced the survivors to hide from evil on Earth. Years later, wanderers discovered an ancient artifact that can open a path between two worlds. The protagonist of the game In Search of Immortality 3: Shadow of Torment has to enter the created portal to stop the villain before he finds Earth and devastates it. The prophecy says that the main character will save both worlds, but he will have to try hard to do so. In parallel, two girls who are members of an archaeological expedition, Amelia and Victoria, find a mysterious pedestal. Having cleaned it of dust, the girl accidentally activates a spell, a ball appears. Despite warnings, Amelia and Victoria touch a strange geometric figure and fall into an unknown energy barrier. After trying to free them, the latter throws away Professor Burns and Charles Winfield. But after trying again (collecting all the parts of the disk), they still free the captives. Having told about what happened, the girls emphasize that there is a passage to the otherworldly dimension behind the stone slab.
