Animus - Stand Alone

Animus - Stand Alone is a cheerful third-person slasher with beautiful graphics and a complex combat system. The creators of the game did not bother with the plot and devoted little time to it. According to the backstory, the player plays the role of the destroyer of the universe, to which a furry polar animal will soon come. To break the surrounding reality, the hero uses various melee weapons: with their help, he kills various evil spirits that he encounters on his way.Animus - Stand Alone starts with a small training mission, where the mechanics of combat and the capabilities of the game character are explained in detail. In the beginning, the protagonist is given full access to any basic weapon so that the player can choose their preferred weapon. The choice affects not only the combat style, but also some physical skills: not all weapons can be used with rolls.After the initial level, access to the global map and equipment menu opens. The game world is divided into several regions, each of them has small locations. By choosing any of them, the player gets to a corridor-type level with several mobs and a boss. Money, items, and materials for weapon upgrades drop from killed enemies. The best loot, naturally, falls from enemy leaders. They can even drop items from the legendary set.
