Armored Core: Verdict Day is a continuation of the fifth part of the series, which immerses you in the mechanized world of military operations with a special emphasis on the dynamics of a multiplayer online game. Three dominant factions - Venid, Sirius Corporation and the Evergreen family - fight for dominance, sparking the Verdict War, which unfolds a century after the ecological chaos described in its predecessor. The colossal towers found hold the key to unraveling secrets and unrivaled power, anchoring this new conflict in the post-apocalyptic landscape. At the core of Armored Core: Verdict Day is a narrative consisting of 60 missions - an odyssey that can be completed either alone or in cooperation with other pilots. This narrative focuses on the exploits of the Lone Mercenary, a versatile pilot hired by various customers embroiled in the war for the Verdict. The Lone Mercenary is provided with indispensable assistance by experienced operator Maggie Curtis and a hardy transport pilot nicknamed Fat Man. A distinctive feature of the game is the wide customizability of the armor cores, which is a fundamental point of the gameplay. Pilots can equip their machines with a variety of weapons, components and abilities, carefully customizing both the technical and aesthetic characteristics. It is noteworthy that the concept of UNACs (Unmanned Armored Cores) has appeared - mechanized comrades, whose actions the player can control according to the scenario. With collective efforts, they support the player's efforts in missions or autonomously form teams in the hot crucible of online battles.
