Assault Heroes is a dynamic top-down shooter in which players enter into a relentless fight with entire flocks of opponents. Commanding all-wheel drive vehicles, driving nimble boats or moving on foot, the game offers a variety of combat modes. The ability to go on this adrenaline-fueled journey alone or team up with a friend in online and offline co-op adds an extra layer of engagement.Assault Heroes features five stages, each with formidable bosses, and requires strategic skill and quick reflexes. Armed with a diverse arsenal, including a minigun, anti-aircraft gun, and flamethrower, the player can destroy the enemy. Skillfully acquiring power-ups allows you to enhance these weapons, but you should be careful, as if you die prematurely, the power-ups are lost. Notably, the car has a damage-sensitive health bar that regenerates over time. In the event of the premature death of the vehicle, you will have to move on foot, armed with your trusty machine gun, until a replacement appears. In addition, players can leave the car at their own discretion, opening access to inaccessible places and desired bonuses. The narrative elements fade into the background, but the main task remains clear - to find and destroy the enemy's secret laboratory.
