Astral Chain is a powerful action game in which the user joins the police of the future. The game has a Japanese style, so all the heroes are slightly reminiscent of 3D anime heroes. The action takes place in 2078., in which, despite greater technological progress, people are on the verge of extinction. This happened as a result of an attack by chimeras that crawled out of the Astral Plane. These creatures spread a special disease that turns a person and any living creature into a monster. To get a chance to survive, survivors from all over the world began to flock to the artificially created city of Ark. To protect citizens, a police squad called Neuron was created. They learned to use captured and tamed monsters in their work. Each of them is part of a Legion, which is attached to a police officer with chains and thus cannot escape or disobey. The main characters of Astral Chain belong to such a team, which has just begun its journey. They receive the first relatively simple tasks and begin their investigation. The main task of law enforcement agencies is not only to protect the remnants of the earthly race, but also to find a solution to the global problem and the possibility of destroying the source of chimeras.
