Astro Boy: The Video Game immerses you in an extensive narrative, where you will take on the role of the main character. The mission is to thwart the evil plans of President Stone and his fearsome robot army, bringing salvation to Metro City. Gameplay takes place across a variety of environments, seamlessly transitioning from ground combat to aerial skirmishes. On the streets, the hero engages in ruthless battles, demonstrating an arsenal of weapons capable of destroying robot opponents. Meanwhile, in the sky, users control Astro Boy's flight, using his finger laser to destroy aerial opponents. A key element of the process is collecting various items scattered throughout the levels. These range from alternate costumes, which add a bit of personality, to power-ups strategically hidden in difficult or secluded places. When gamers enter battle, they have the opportunity to use a Special Attack, depending on the availability of sufficient energy. This brings a tactical dimension to the process with such options as hand cannons, machine guns and Absorption - a function that allows you to replenish health. The counter determines the frequency of special attacks, promoting a balanced approach to confrontation. The campaign boasts a dual mode, covering both single and multiplayer sessions. A unique resurrection mechanic in the story mode allows a user who has lost a life to re-enter the match after a short period of time with full health.
