Attentat 1942 - An interactive quest set during World War II. The story is about the Nazi occupation of Czechoslovakia. Events are presented through the eyes of eyewitnesses who lived through these tragic events. All gameplay is based on video dialogues with veterans and ordinary people. Some characters are completely fictional.
Essentially, Attentat 1942 is an interactive comic book chronicling the historical. Interview combatants and survivors of war. Listen to their stories and discover the harrowing memories of those events. The game's plot relates to the protagonist of the story. He is trying to find out the secret of his family.
The game begins with the main character's grandfather being arrested by the Gestapo. He tried to kill Reinhard Heydrich, Deputy Reich Protector of Bohemia and Moravia. However, he failed to do so. As it turns out, there are a lot of strange events behind the action. The only important question is whether he was really a member of the Resistance?
