Despite the fact that the emperor left a will and handed over the reins of power to his own son, Mark Antony decided to start a war and become the new leader, considering himself the best candidate. An incredibly bloody war broke out, as a result of which the legitimate heir nevertheless sat in his rightful place. However, this did not reduce the risks to his life.
