Babel Rising Takes the legend of the Tower of Babel as the basis for the story. Here, the user appears as a god who does not want people to build a tower to the sky. Therefore, using the proposed mechanics, he will try by all means to prevent attempts to build or defend it at certain stages. Initially, there are 3 modes available: a story campaign with missions, Survival, where you have to last as long as possible without allowing you to advance in construction.
If you select a story campaign in Babel Rising, the system will begin it by teaching you and explaining the basic mechanics, and only after that will you be free to act within the quests. But if you choose Survival, you can learn everything on your own. Here we need to choose, what elements will the gamer use (fire, water, earth and air are available). So, for each element there are both standard and enhanced spells. The latter open only after the gamer has committed a certain number of murders with simple abilities. For example, you can launch a hurricane wind or erect a wall of flame that will not allow you to continue building a structure in a certain sector. To activate it, you will need to use the combination of keys provided in the game. At the same time, you can move the camera yourself, eliminating units as they appear in the field of view. It is important to understand that spells have a cooldown, and you cannot use them permanently. Therefore, it is wise to use up your energy by attacking at certain intervals. For each successful action is relied upon to accrue points, which are subsequently recorded by the final statistics. And if you want, you can go back to missions already completed or go through Survival again, trying to improve your score.
