It begins with the selection of 2 characters for the starting mission. They receive random weapons, armor, and cards with abilities. As the game progresses, the squad grows, and new abilities, equipment, and talents of the heroes become available. The latter are represented by passive and active perks. The passage will be non-linear, because at each turn there are 3 paths to choose from. Each will have its own disadvantages and advantages, but all of them directly lead to the bosses of the game.
