The player participates in real time in the battles of Pearl Harbor to Midway Atoll. You have a whole fleet of ships at your disposal, a huge air base, which you command in real time. The single player campaign includes 11 large-scale campaigns in which you are given a certain number of ships and aircraft to control, and you realize their potential by destroying opponents. Each passed level gives you new battle points, for which you hire military equipment before the next campaign. Also, 12 bonus levels are available for a single passage.

In multiplayer mode, players will have to fight each other in the water, in the air and under water. The guided vehicles will be both Japanese and American, depending on the choice of the side. The number of units for both players is the same.
