Beastiarium

Beastiarium takes you to an alternative version of St. Petersburg at the beginning of the 20th century. Events start a hundred years after the period when terrible monsters attacked the planet, capturing the outside world. The game combines elements of horror and a story quest, where a seamless Virtual World is implemented. The sandbox is created on the modern game engine Unreal Engine 4, thanks to which the user finds himself in a Universe imbued with an atmosphere of mystery, where terrible creatures have seized power.At the end of the 19th century, the planet is under attack by ruthless monsters that quickly take over all of Earth's territory. Humanity was unable to fight back the enemy, so most people were mercilessly destroyed. The survivors managed to escape only thanks to their ingenuity, because they decided to settle underground. Here, the human community is trying to create a new world, and soon generations are born that have never been on the surface. Gradually, primitive shelters were rebuilt into real cities, where infrastructure was established and all the processes for providing people with the necessary food and items were worked out. The cities turned out to be less reliable shelters, and enemies periodically penetrated them. The survivors must constantly be ready for an attack by the enemy, for which they decided to create the Guard. Soon, humanity faces a new danger. During the game, the user battles various types of enemies, operating 2 kilometers underground, where it becomes increasingly difficult to understand who the enemy really is. As you progress, the user will have to solve various puzzles that allow you to move further along the plot.
