Calturin positions itself as a bullet hell (the game screen is filled with projectiles flying at the player) and this is quite logical. After all, the main character is a magician named Calturin, who tries to pass through the gaps between the bullets flying at him and still somehow shoot at enemies with his amazing staff. The sorcerer has come to the end of his life, but instead of resting in peace, he is rudely awakened by a necromancer. Now he holds the fate of the wizard in his hands, and freedom will have to be earned. The graphics are bright, but somewhat primitive (or just retro). The backgrounds are simple and static, and the creatures that you have to fight, although impressive in their scale, are not very detailed. The flying bullets in Calturin are ordinary circles. The game's audio is impressive, with the voice acting from the mage and other characters well-acted. After talking to the Necromancer, he will give you the task of going through a series of green portals and destroying everything that comes your way. As you progress through the story, you can also open red and black portals, which are much more difficult to pass than the usual green ones. It is better to start with easier levels. As usual, in this kind of games, the main character has a certain development. After clearing the level, you will be offered a choice of improvements, and this choice will further determine how strong Kalturin will become. You can increase health or damage from bullets, improve healing or movement speed, the game allows you to develop your character in many ways.
