Cassidy

Cassidy is a survival horror, adventure, and first-person detective. The events unfold in the 50s of the last century. The user, in the role of a student investigator and criminologist, goes to a huge mansion to unravel the mysteries of the crimes that occurred here. Soon, his task becomes banal survival. He has only a night vision device and a flashlight. The game consists of three chapters, each of which is special in its own way. This is actually the estate itself, the basement and the forest.The developer Cassidy promises not stupid screamers, but a frightening and oppressive atmosphere. Sound is the most important component that contributes to fear and immersion. The player will constantly hear and feel someone's presence - while no one should be around. Footsteps, creaking doors, knocks. This is not just like that - by listening to them, you can even protect yourself by hiding or running away from the impending danger.This project has a terrifying lore and history: this is evident from the scattered dead bodies or hidden inscriptions on the walls. The estate itself - the main place of events - once belonged to an elderly couple. One day the husband died, after which the grandmother disappeared from the sight of the neighbors. They reported strange sounds from there. Over time, a family moved there - and was killed in a terrible way. A special place in this whole story is given to a little girl - their daughter named Cassidy.
