Chamber of darkness Is a two-dimensional adventure platformer beat'em'up, in which the player takes control of a brave knight who fights against all kinds of evil inside an ancient castle that has remained half-ruined for a long time. There is an opportunity to play with a friend behind one monitor, one will get the role of a hero, and the other will become a monster. The single-player storyline campaign is a mode where the gameplay is divided into 20 levels with different structures, puzzles and difficulties on the way to the completion of the passage. To pass all the tests that the indie developers of this project have prepared, the gamer needs to show maximum concentration, competently and accurately perform each action and apply each of the 14 abilities of the protagonist in time, optionally selectable up to three at the same time.

The plot of the game is based on the protagonist's spear, under the influence of a curse, which gradually absorbs the soul of the virtual protégé and slowly kills him. The knight is looking for a way to get rid of the spell cast on his trusty weapon. In the process of moving around the fortress, the hero destroys the monsters and notices that he feels much better when the spear revels in the souls of the slain. Each attack or skill used by the protagonist takes away health points. Successfully damaging an enemy returns HP to its place.
