Chess Knight 2 has 4 difficulty levels for beginners and professional chess players. It is possible to choose a 2D or 3D view of the board. In single-player mode, the user will compete with artificial intelligence, but there is a local co-op for playing with friends. If a person has made a wrong move by mistake and wants to undo it, there is a tool available. For beginners, there are hints - a choice of move options, as well as training for each piece. In Chess Knight II, the action takes place in a fantasy medieval world, and the single-player campaign is divided into 4 episodes. A three-dimensional board hangs in the air in the middle of a large cave, and it is surrounded by rocks. For those who want to play the classic version of chess, there are regular pieces. In the story section, instead of wooden pawns, knights, bishops and kings on the field, there are Vikings and their opponents, pirates. Characters are three-dimensional. Standing on the board, they are constantly moving. You can choose which of the warring parties to control. To make a move, you need to click on a piece, and it will be highlighted in yellow. There will be several blue squares on the field. You can move the hero to these places. The most dangerous chess squares for pirates or Vikings are highlighted in red. The pirate king is a man without an eye with a red beard in a black hat, and the Vikings have a horned helmet. If any of them are defeated, the game ends.
