Choo-Choo Charles is an action horror game in which the user will have to travel along the railroad in his favorite battle train. The need for it has only recently come to light, since the residents living near the railroad tracks discovered the appearance of a strange, man-eating foul creature there. To figure it out they called in a monster hunter, but it didn't turn out to be that simple.

Rumors of killer trains have always been a local pastime among children. After all, how can this transport intentionally kill if its trajectory is limited to rails and set routes? But not for Charles. This demonic, toothy, locomotive-headed creature has a series of slender spider legs that can move as fast as small insects. He waits for travelers in the woods, and then cruelly eats them. The protagonist boarded a specially created train equipped with machine guns and other weapons, and set off to eradicate the evil. Except that this creature possesses not only a row of sharp teeth, but also an intelligence equal to that of a human.

First, the player Choo-Choo Charles will be given a small train, practically not designed for combat. Stopping along the way, helping locals and exploring new roads, the protagonist will be able to collect a number of shards. They are needed to improve his killing machine, equip it with armor and expand its arsenal. But even that may not be enough to kill the monster.
