Colts Wild West Shootout brings to mind the Wild West and everything connected with it: bars, cowboys, a sheriff with a gold star, villains with revolvers. The plot is extremely simple: a gang of bandits has captured the city and wants to commit a series of robberies, starting with the Red River Bank, and the sheriff must become the savior. The action takes place in a shooting gallery. The gamer cannot control the character, because after the destruction of the enemy, there is an automatic move to the next target. There are 3 weapons to choose from: a revolver, a rifle and a shotgun. Most often, the hero chooses a Colt revolver. The controlled character of Colts Wild West Shootout has a full cartridge belt, but reloading is necessary. The user needs to periodically look at the number of cartridges in the cylinder (this can be seen in the upper right corner). One shot is enough to destroy the villain. The main thing is not to hit a civilian during the shootout. The sheriff has only three lives (in the form of stars). Health can be restored with tonics, but the effect is weak. At the moment of the character's death, a scene with a gallows may appear, and then the level will have to be repeated. There are 4 locations in the action game: a city with a bank, a church with a cemetery, a railroad on Santa Fe, and a mine with gold. At the end of each level, there will be a skirmish with the boss. It will turn out to be some legendary bandit of the Wild West. You can start a shootout at any location. New weapons will be found as you progress. This is a classic cowboy shooting gallery without a complicated idea. The game deserves attention and will help you pass the time.
