Company of Heroes 2 - The British Forces is an add-on to the Company of Heroes 2 strategy game that will allow the user to go into new exciting battles on the fronts of World War II. As the name suggests, here the armed forces of Great Britain join the battle between the German Wehrmacht and the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army. Players will have opportunities related to the technology tree and a wide variety of new military forces. The British army includes 15 different units, including a flamethrower tank and a glider.A feature of the royal troops is that they are quite universal. Their diversity will allow them to successfully act both in defense and in attack, combining firepower and high maneuverability. Such balancing between two opposites will require diligence and skill from the commander, but still, the British forces are capable of worthy fight with any other faction. The commander will have a wide choice of tools: from fast commandos creating chaos in the depths of enemy lines to heavy bombers destroying everything in the radius of destruction.You can test your newfound strength on maps reproducing the original battlefields of the British and the Third Reich. Animations have been added to immerse you in the atmosphere (this applies to all available sides, not just the British). Also added is a voiceover that will convey the spirit and mood of the inhabitants of the Islands from different nations and social strata - the English, Scots, Welsh, farmers and workers, townspeople and aristocrats.
