As the metropolis grows, new cards with more advanced buildings appear in the deck. Concrete Jungle contains a deck of 230 cards and 8 unique characters, with their own buildings, skills and style. The single player game is divided into two modes: Puzzle and Duel.

Initially, 12 cards of the first level are given to the hand. The rest are purchased during the campaign, when enough victory points have been accumulated.
