In Damn, what was yesterday? You play as a young guy named Billy. Billy went to a country house alone and decided to live there for a while away from people. But suddenly he found himself in an unpleasant, strange and frightening place. Bare rocks around. A strange-looking fortress, on the dilapidated walls of which for some reason paintings hang. Underfoot is very hot lava, and above it hang the same rocks, and without any visible support. And there is also a corridor with doors, above which the names of the deadly sins are written.We see all this from the first person. The graphics cannot be called realistic, but even taking into account the fact that the pixels are visible on it, it all looks great. Damn, what was yesterday? is a three-dimensional quest in which the player has to walk through empty spaces and look for a way out of this strange place.The game is enlivened by:
- appropriate humor with jokes in the most unexpected places;
- Attention to small details that need to be paid attention to in order not to miss a possible solution;
- non-trivial puzzles that fit well into the main plot;
- you can find references and Easter eggs.
There are other characters in the game that you can try to interact with, and these NPCs sometimes look downright strange. As well as equally strange-looking objects. You have to figure everything out on your own, because the game does not give you any clues.
