Daymare: 1998 is an indie horror adventure with a huge number of action scenes involving all sorts of monsters who want the main character dead. During the storyline, the gamer will look at the events through the eyes of three characters, evaluate the story from different points of view: an elite fighter of a special forces unit, a forester and an employee of a fire station. The first protagonist ends up at the base due to an alarm going off, which means that an outsider has entered the facility. A firefighter arrives at the call of local residents who noticed the fire, and an elderly forester was nearby during the disaster. A chemical release into the atmosphere turned most of the villagers into aggressive monsters.
