DC Universe Online is a multiplayer online game based on the DC Comic. In it, the user creates his own character - a hero or a villain - who, depending on his worldview, joins the Justice League or the Society of Super Villains. Among the non-player characters, all the famous people from the original comics are represented, including Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Harley Quinn and the Joker.Missions are carried out in the most iconic locations, including Metropolis, Gotham and the Arkham Asylum. The starting level is the spaceship of the alien invader Brainik, where the player learns to control his protégé and completes the first task. After that, the gamer joins one of the communities and gets the opportunity to make raids. After each level, the user receives experience points that allow him to strengthen the character he created.Characteristics of the protagonist that the player can choose:

• Belonging to the organization of superheroes or the army of supervillains.
• Male or female.
• Height and build. You can make your avatar tall, short, slim or muscular.
• Different types of costumes, skin color, hair color and shape.
• Method of movement. The protagonist can fly, have a high running speed or move acrobatically.
• Weapons and/or abilities. These include technical gadgets, witchcraft, control of the elements and improved physical characteristics.

A wide range of attributes allows the player to create a truly original hero or villain in DCUO. But the gamer can also use one of the ready-made templates if he does not want to personally edit his avatar. The application is not focused only on gameplay - the end-to-end plot is revealed through special videos. From them it becomes known about the war of the future, in which most of the superheroes and villains died, and the Earth was captured by Brainiac.To save the situation, Lex Lutor using the equipment of Brayniac created a new army of people with supername, including the protagonist. Depending on the worldview, the protagonist can help the Justice League prevent war and the capture of Earth, or, conversely, conquer the universe on their own.
