Defend Your Castle does not have a plot as such, but is wrapped in an interesting setting. The point of the gameplay is to protect the castle from attacking enemies. At the same time, the building itself is cut out of paper, the enemies are drawn little people, and stationery can serve as weapons. At first, attackers are only allowed to be taken and thrown into the air so that they crash to the ground. However, soon the opportunity opens up to re-shape them in your own color, turning them to your side. And from this moment on, the game changes the genre to tower defense.For the points earned in Defend Your Castle, you can buy upgrades, such as:

• Archer towers. It begins to automatically attack attacking enemies without the player's participation. Later, it increases its own damage.
• Wizards. Provide access to special skills, such as erasing enemies with an eraser or temporarily repainting them. Following upgrades open up more spells.
• Kamenshikov. They passively repair and strengthen the walls of the fortress.
• Alchemists. Which allow you to use soldiers as suicide bombers.

The opponents on the defending rod are different. At first, it is just simple infantry, but soon warriors with battering rams and even cyclops with heads made of bottle caps appear. There is no final goal for the passage, only survival in an endless battle. However, there is an additional, royal difficulty mode. It cuts the rewards for victories, and the barbarians become stronger and more resilient.
