In the Delivery from the Pain universe, a common cancer cure turns into a death vaccine. Scientists who have been working on a life-saving serum in a horror adventure for a long time have finally managed to achieve results, and what's more, people have a chance at eternal life. After vaccination, all patients began to die, but not quite - they were resurrected, turning into zombies who sought to kill everyone. The user will have to survive in an open world, made in a post-apocalyptic setting, which must be explored, search for resources, engage in battle with the living dead. In the survival simulator, the hero builds relationships with other survivors, deciding who should be helped, and who should simply be abandoned in trouble or take away valuable resources.The protagonist wakes up in an unfamiliar place, and the living dead are prowling everywhere. Suddenly an unfamiliar guy comes, who helps the guy get out of the trap, using impressive survival skills. The stranger conducts Training, telling where to get food and water, how to kill and defend yourself from zombies. The guy also says that he was previously in a rescue squad, which was completely destroyed by the enemy. There is another squad nearby, but the connection with them has been lost, and the rescuers themselves do not risk rushing into the enemy's lair. Then the hero sets off on a dangerous journey himself.The character has four types of needs that must be satisfied - Health, Food, Sleep and Entertainment. When the scale of any of these parameters expires, the survivor can die. The crafting system in the survival simulator with stealth elements allows you to create the necessary weapons, cook, grow food, strengthen the defense around your own shelter. Exploring the environment, the player collects resources for crafting, periodically meeting people with whom you can trade, take quests, using dialogues for interaction, where you need to choose lines that have certain consequences.
