DemonCrawl is an adventure made in the RPG genre and also combining elements from a game called Minesweeper. The gameplay consists of moving through all sorts of locations for the main character, where he finds additional equipment, upgrades abilities and encounters dangerous monsters. The player is asked to click on the cells in order to receive the corresponding consequences, or a number. The rules of the game partly coincide with those used in Minesweeper. The resulting number will indicate the number of objects that are in 8 cells around the open one (surrounding from all sides). You can get acquainted with the mechanics in more detail directly during independent passage.There are more than 800 items in DemonCrawl, each of which has personal characteristics and provides special improvements for the hero. Each new room will differ from the previous one in content, as well as in the conditions the protagonist will encounter there. There will be random game events that will change the way you complete the tasks. There is a choice of difficulty level, so you can concentrate on the gameplay, or challenge your own skills. There is no usual division into classes - instead, there is an opportunity to find 22 items that determine the character's focus and affect the effectiveness of subsequent improvements. There is a crafting of items from individual found materials.
