Diary of Lucie is an innovative fusion of action and roguelike, created on the RPG Maker engine. At the same time, it challenges conventions, abandoning the standard turn-based combat system. The story centers on Lucy, a young woman suffering from memory loss and trying to unravel her mysterious past. Armed with a diverse arsenal, the protagonist wields two weapons, has four skills, and uses a variety of abilities, each of which has its own effect. The arsenal of weapons includes a bow, a sword, and a magic wand, each of which has its own unique abilities. Skills are acquired randomly each time you play Diary of Lucie, although the gamer retains the right to make strategic choices. Lucy's repertoire is complemented by passive abilities that increase her statistics or provide new opportunities. In roguelite mode, the player enters procedurally generated dungeons populated by a variety of enemies and formidable bosses.
