In Distant Star: Revenant Fleet you will have to take the captain's bridge of a small, surviving Akari fleet, restore its combat power and lead it to new success in the former expanses of battles with Ortani. First, players will have to organize a composition of 5 ships, choosing between the available eight. All of them differ from each other in various parameters. After this, a long and difficult journey through the systems of the entire galaxy awaits in Distant Star Revenant Fleet. At each stage there are certain tasks and a key goal. The decisions made and the result obtained will affect the endings of specific chapters. This approach makes the plot more flexible and diverse. The commander chooses the style and manner of behavior, to be aggressive or diplomatic, secretive or flying at full throttle. But given the existence of workarounds, one should not forget about updating and improving the fleet. All classes of ships have both individual characteristics and branches of progress. In total, there are about a hundred upgrades that relate to speed, capacity, supplies, protection, weapons and modules. It should be emphasized that the game mechanics do not worry much about the internal balance. The enemy forces are statically prescribed and if the team moved to the next space and for some reason was not ready for head-on clashes, then only negotiations can solve the problem or settle the conflict. There is also no extensive and deep training, all the subtleties in coordination, command, management leaders need to learn and hone themselves. The game will give several hours of pleasant experience, colorful graphics and an oppressive atmosphere, which sometimes tickles the nerves.
