In Distant Worlds: Universe, events take place in space. The main character is going to colonize the entire galaxy, consisting of up to 50 thousand. planets and other celestial bodies. There are 3 modes: Story Campaign, Sandbox and Multiplayer. For domination of the galaxy, the protagonist will fight with other empires, colonizers, pirates, alien monsters. In parallel, the hero will uncover the secrets of the history of the universe, encountering traces of ancient civilizations.In Distant Worlds Universe, for more rapid development of more and more new planets, you need to do research. The science tree is divided into 4 branches: Weapons, Energy and construction, High technology and heavy industry, Research stations. Branches consist of individual projects. Until the projects at the bottom of the table are completed, you cannot proceed to the next ones. For example, it will not be possible to develop Advanced Proton Ionization until work on Advanced Engines is completed. Other projects: Repair and restoration work, Controlled construction, Advanced energy collection, Rapid mining, etc.. When capturing a new exoplanet, you need to settle people there for its development. You can always track the population in the passport of a celestial body. Often, people will live next door to the local race (on the planet Sluvo, these are the Ikkuro creatures). The object is useless if there are no resources and life there.
