DOOM 1993 is a truly legendary action game in a science fiction setting with improved graphics. The user will be able to confront monsters, solve puzzles and generally immerse themselves in the real era of the dawn of computer games. Any skirmish with enemies can be deadly, each demon has unique attacks and they cannot all be defeated with a single tactic. The player will have to learn to adapt and repel attacks. The protagonist is a simple space infantryman who ends up on Mars to carry out a special mission. As the mission progresses, it turns out that he must open fire on civilians, which goes against his thinking, as well as the opinions of the other soldiers. The man refuses to follow the order, which is why he and his comrades are taken into custody. But as the instigator, he is temporarily left on the red planet, while the rest of the group is transferred to Phobos, since something strange happened there. Communication with them is soon lost and the protagonist breaks out of custody in order to figure out what happened. It turns out that an experimental teleportation facility was opened there. It was based on the gates that appeared there even before the birth of human civilization. But he opened the way for demons and monsters from other dimensions, and they began to gradually capture the territory. The gameplay of DOOM 1993 is an excellent shooter in which you have to conduct active shootouts and adapt to the old controls. Here the camera moves exclusively horizontally and the trajectory of the bullet is quite strict, so it will not be possible to aim at a certain part of the enemy. Nevertheless, it is still not easy to hit the target. Most often, creatures move quickly and in zigzags or have dense armor with minimal gaps. In addition, sometimes opponents use special combos that cannot be interrupted and all that remains is to maneuver in narrow spaces. The most difficult levels are those that are built in the format of labyrinths with spatial puzzles.
