In the Dorfs: Hammers for Hire project, the user will move towards an adventure, taking command of a dwarven weaponsmith workshop and traveling the world in search of fame and gold, producing products for sale. The plot of the game tells about Dorfenwagen - a dwarven weapons shop in a fantasy setting that produces the best weapons. Because of this, many ambitious rulers and warlords want to arm their soldiers with these deadly works of art.The storyline begins with a landless baron, deprived of his rightful castle on Iron Mountain, gathering an army of supporters around himself. He wants to go on a campaign to recapture the Fortress and restore his rule there. However, in order for the fighters he has gathered to be able to fight, he needs to equip them. The dwarves, recognized experts in the production of equipment, come in handy here. Together they will have to go through 5 regions, consisting of a total of 30 hand-crafted levels. The player's task is to make weapons for the baronial army and deliver them to the front lines.Dorfs: Hammers for Hire has 3 game modes:

• Campaign, which tells the main story. It can be completed alone or together with up to 4 users.
• Arcade classic, in which 10 more stages will be available.
• Versus Battle, a 2x2 competition.
