The plot of the game begins at the moment when the confrontation between the parties escalates into the last World War, which will determine who will become the sole legislative body on Earth.Factions in Earth 2140 Trilogy:

• SCSH. A hedonistic system, where the vast majority of work is performed by robots. The management of military operations is also entrusted to an artificial intelligence called GOLAN. The main combat unit is the Silver Series machines, the appearance of which resembles the Terminator from the film of the same name. On land, they use 3 types of transport with a large arsenal of weapons. Sea battles are fought by stealth submarines, air battles are fought by fighters with bombs or machine guns.
• ED. Unification of Russia, Eastern Europe, the northern part of the African continent. The system is a monarchy represented by the Khan Dynasty. The equipment of this side is traditional - tanks, helicopters, cruisers equipped with powerful weapons. The main combat power of the army is soldiers, effective against enemy equipment due to grenades.
