Ed Hunter - The Iron Maiden PC Game - an arcade shooter with a first-person view, in which the player will have to visit locations, which are revived and supplemented album covers of the cult heavy metal band. Initially, the project from the developers from the company "Synthetic Dimensions" was released as part of the hit collection "Iron Maiden", and each of the 8 available levels corresponded to a hit on the disc. The game has a fairly large on-screen interface, in which basic information is noted, such as the number of cartridges, health, and the score, which can be placed on the local leaderboard to compare your own progress.
The task of the player who decided to go through this addition to the work of the legendary group is to go in search of Eddie, a mascot who often appeared with them at various events. This must be done in the role of detective Ed Hunter, who gets into the most cruel troubles while searching for the missing person in a mental hospital, on the streets of the East End, in the London Underground, and in hell. Enemies are both simple bandits and petty swindlers, as well as real demons, devils and other undead. For a more pleasant destruction of enemies, the gamer is offered a choice of any song from the disc in the form of a soundtrack to the end of the level.
