The plot tells about the girl Edna, who once woke up in the middle of a room upholstered with felt. She does not know how she got here, but realizes that she urgently needs to escape from this house. To check that she is sane, she is helped by the plush bunny Harvey, who completely agrees that the girl is doing well..

While trying to escape, they stumble upon friends-patients, including a man in a bee costume and pseudo-Siamese twins in Hoti and Moti. They later bump into the head physician Marcel, determined to keep Edna at the orphanage..

The gameplay is reminiscent of the classic 90s games from LucasArts, made on the SCUMM engine. The main character is on the screen, and verbs are presented, which the player chooses to perform certain actions.
