Apache Havoc is part of a series of helicopter simulators, where the user gets 2 powerful detailed military helicopters - the second modification of the Apache AH64D from the USA, Mil-28N Destroyer made in Russia. The player will have to perform various types of combat work while on board aircraft.Combat helicopters:

• Apache AN-64 Night Hunter - the second modification has a Long Bow - a radar installation located above the rotor. Glass can be penetrated only by an assault rifle. Has a circular view system, FLIR infrared vision.
• Mi-28 Destroyer - has excellent armor and high survivability, namely, a damage-resistant cabin, armored glass, an M82 rifle, an additional passenger compartment, which is used for landing or evacuation. There is a variety of missile weapons, which take up 18 pylons - 2 more than the first, but is inferior in range and quality of its guidance. Has less maneuverability in favor of durable armor and equipment, and also has an optical television surveillance channel with a 20x zoom.

The helicopter flight simulator offers to go through the Free Flight mode at the start, in which you can get acquainted with the intricacies of control, set the time of day and weather, and also experiment with the difficulty settings, choosing the right parameters of realism. Here the gamer learns to take off, hover in place, maneuver, use navigation and weapons systems. At maximum settings, the user is sent on serious missions to the vast expanses of Thailand, Georgia and Cuba, where he must complete 3 story Campaigns. The player acts as a pilot of one of the troops, as part of which he fights the enemy. Missions are timed, where, for example, it is important to have time to intercept an enemy tank platoon, otherwise there is a threat of large losses of troops. It is necessary to shoot from a bird's eye view airplanes, other helicopters, cars, tanks, anti-aircraft guns, and other equipment, including artillery mounts.
