The main character of Escape From BioStation is an intelligent humanoid mechanism named Rob Bot. He is from the future and lives on a large automated biological station located in orbit of a beautiful and picturesque planet. At the start of the game, he is the last robot of the research complex that has not lost his mind. His mechanical comrades literally lost their minds: they went crazy and began to destroy everything around them. Now, in order to survive, the protagonist needs to escape from the station that has become hell, and he needs to do this as soon as possible, before his house falls apart into thousands of little pieces. In visual and stylistic terms, the surrounding world of Escape From BioStation is funny and crazy at the same time. The player's character gradually passes through several locations, fighting with metal opponents of various configurations. He is of little use in hand-to-hand combat, so he neutralizes enemies remotely, using long-range weapons. Moreover, the choice of weapons is quite original: a large, bug-eyed squirrel is used as a projectile thrower. The game is a mixture of several genres, the main one being a third-person shooter. There are objects scattered around the map that can be picked up. They are mainly used to replenish the health bar and replenish ammunition. To pass some levels, you will need to fight bosses. Among them are huge, clumsy bots and nimble mechanisms that shower the player with hundreds of bullets and shells.
