Event[0] manages to combine a deep atmosphere and monotonous gameplay. The interface is easy to learn: movement is carried out with the mouse, sometimes the space bar is used, but the main tool that moves the plot is the keyboard. By entering commands and requests, the protagonist talks to the artificial intelligence Kaizen.A participant in an experimental program finds himself a hostage in the space hotel "Nautilus", controlled by an on-board computer. The device drifts in outer space, and the AI reacts sensitively to the slightest changes on board. The player has only one way to interact with the environment - communicating with the machine. To get one of the possible endings of Event[0], you must try to establish a relationship with the ship's electronic brain by being friendly and cooperative. The intriguing concept was partially realized: the compartments of the Nautilus are full of mysteries and represent a single organism that requires careful handling if the character does not want to quarrel with Kaizen to smithereens. Hints and keys to the trust of the only interlocutor should be sought in the interior of the hotel. The research part of the gameplay is captivating and sharpens the player's attention, since the consequences of actions will affect the fate of the hero. The problematic moment is establishing contact with the AI. This is boring and tedious. Kaizen understands only simple formulations, which, moreover, have to be repeated. Dialogues do not stick together, and it is not always clear from reactions to certain actions how the attitude towards a person changes. In general, the game is able to captivate with an unconventional design idea, and the passage will not take so much time to tire the player.
