Floating Sandbox is a 2D indie ship sinking simulator. Someone will call it a clone of Sinking Simulator, but in this case the physics of the game are more realistic and impressive. The main thing is that here you won't just have to watch the ship go underwater, the developer has provided the gamer with a wide range of opportunities. The gameplay is not monotonous. Here you can create a flood, watch it directly, and also see what will happen to the ship under water. Here the gamer independently chooses how and why the shipwreck will occur. You can plant a bomb that will significantly damage the tested ship, push it into an iceberg and other obstacles, punch a hole in the hull and watch the slow death of a peculiar experimental subject. And the player makes all these items with his own hands. There are many tools for their creation, so there is a lot of different devices to choose from. All of them are in the library of parts. But this process will not be easy, because the laws of physics apply here. If the shape of the created object is not such that it can float above the water (streamlined, for example), then it will sink. You should not overdo it with the weight of the obstacle. The graphics are simple and without unnecessary details, but they will display the process of the ship's wreck well. And there are plenty of sounds here: the grinding of metal, tearing cables, explosions, the rumble of a collision and others. Floating Sandbox is a realistic physics simulator and will interest fans of the genre.
