The way of playing the game is determined directly by the user.In Football Generation, you are initially offered to choose a lineup, with which you will later fight other groups. Each of the groups has a different set of players, as well as tactics and other features. All of them are balanced, so that none of them stands out too much from the others. There is a choice of difficulty level, which affects the ball handling skills of the enemy team. In addition to battles with artificial intelligence, the user has access to a cooperative mode, in which another living person will act as an opponent. There is a change in weather conditions, as well as a choice of time - night or daylight. What is happening on the screen will be commented on by special people who also watch the match and voice, for example, passes and unsuccessful movements.
