Football Manager 2012 is a football manager simulator, part of the Football Manager series, where the player acts as a newly minted manager of a football club. You will have to deal with both organizational issues and team development throughout all upcoming championships and matches. The gameplay mostly takes place in the form of tables and diagrams. In this format, you will have to deal with managerial activities throughout the game, from interacting with the team and football matches to making deals on buying players and communicating with journalists. After filling out the manager card, you need to choose your first football club using a special filter by country and league. After choosing an FC, the career of a manager begins, who will determine the game tactics, buy and sell players, and win matches with the team, bringing income to the club owners. In addition to the included training system for newcomers in FM12, numerous assistants will help you cope with management. The coaching staff will monitor the level of training of each football player and give advice on substitutions on the field or even on exclusion from the team and the purchase of a new promising player. Other assistants will help with negotiations during the purchase/sale of players and give advice on working with the public. You can change the staff, and even adjust the payroll, but only if the club owners approve.
