Football Manager 2020 is a cult football management simulator that has incorporated the best practices of previous games in this series. It has added interesting features for managing a football club, a training center for young talents has appeared, and the graphics during matches have been improved. The innovations have added realism to the game and will help to fully immerse yourself in the world of big football. In Football Manager 2020, the player will be able to take control of one of 2,500 football clubs located in 50 of the largest countries in the world. These are both legendary English, Spanish and Italian teams, as well as little-known amateur teams. Every stage is controlled: from scouting and training new players to interacting with club owners and hired coaches. Also, the sim was supplemented with the club development strategy function. Now the future of the team depends on the club philosophy. A number of managerial actions may not be approved by management and bosses. If the approach during negotiations with them is wrong, the transfer will be denied or money will not be allocated to buy the required players. For some clubs, development parameters can be selected independently, and for some teams they are set initially. For example, RB Leipzig does not buy new players who are over 20 years old on principle, and the manager from Portugal will be forced to carefully monitor the Brazilian transfer market and acquire promising stars there.
