Fort Meow is a strategy game about building fortifications. Fortunately, you need to defend yourself not from creepy monsters, but from cute cats. In general, they are nice pets, but they want too much attention to themselves. The only protection against them is pillows, tables, and other furniture. Each element has its own physics, which means that the outpost must be prepared wisely. Cats know no mercy, and even the slightest mistake in construction can lead to the collapse of the entire fortification.The main character of Fort Meow is a girl named Nia. By chance, she finds herself in an old house, where she finds her grandfather's diary in the attic. The book is filled with interesting stories, but the crazy animals do not let you read at all. The gameplay consists of two stages. First, you need to carefully study the old house and collect items for the outpost. Anything will do: from sofas to sleeping darts. Depending on the size of the item, the girl will need time to transport it, so it will not work to just collect everything in a row. With each level, there will be more and more time for preparation, and at the same time, new opportunities will open up. The second stage is to build your base. Here you need to wisely place the collected resources. Items have their own weight, shape and size, affecting its behavior during an attack. As soon as the preparation is complete, the cats will attack. Here you will find out how skillful the architectural decisions were made by the player.
