Frank and Drake

Frank and Drake is a visual novel adventure filled with text dialogue and unexpected plot twists. A magical entity brings two strangers together as roommates. A conspiracy by unknown forces poses a threat to both. Frank is the manager of an apartment complex working the day shift. Drake suffers from an allergy to sunlight, so he goes to work at night. The protagonists do not meet, but exchange messages on stickers. The events of the Frank and Drake adventure unfold in a fictional American town called Oriole City. You have to solve numerous riddles and solve non-trivial puzzles in search of ways to escape. Richly illustrated and detailed locations become a place where you need to find clues. You will have to control both characters in turn depending on the time of day. Each action affects the further development of the plot. The success of the passage determines the degree of trust in the relationship and the strength of friendship. The setting is built on typical hand-drawing techniques in combination with traditional 2D animation. Each quest is unique and never repeated, there are mini-games. Some play the role of story missions, others are optional and are intended solely for gaining new knowledge, deep immersion in the interactive story.
