Fresh Start Cleaning Simulator introduces the user to a very dark world, which not so long ago was subjected to cataclysms, making it look miserable and almost lifeless. But the post-apocalypse is not the end, because there is always a chance to fix everything and bring nature back to life. This is the mission that has been assigned to the protagonist. He arms himself with futuristic and bizarre-looking tools and takes on all sorts of dirt and debris, and repairs anything that is still capable in theory of working.

Fresh Start Cleaning Simulator doesn't look all that dead - many living creatures, including humans, have survived. With most of them you can engage in a brief dialogue, and some are even capable of issuing an additional quest to pass. Throughout the narrative, the protagonist travels around the world open to explore and fix anything that shows signs of life. He has a mechanism that can act as a fire hose and vacuum cleaner at once. The first feature gives you the ability to water trees and other plants that haven't died yet. The second allows you to suck up whole piles of junk and then dump it somewhere else, where it is supposed to be. In addition, the device can be used to clean various objects from dirt and rust. Interacting with the environment, the protagonist changes its appearance - everything suddenly begins to shine, and greenery again blooms and bursts with color.
