From Beyond Prologue Download PC Game

From Beyond Prologue is an old school quest. The game is stylized for the early action games, which had more text than graphics. The visuals and sound mimic those of eight-bit consoles. All controls are done with the mouse.

Gameplay-wise, the game mimics Shadowgate's. In From Beyond Prologue there is no "smart" cursor. In order to perform an action, you need to select the corresponding command from the general list and then hover over the object of interest. Protagonist can take, open, apply, inspect and talk. The hero has an inventory, but it does not show the things themselves, but only their names. There is also a log where useful information is recorded. To get your character to go somewhere, you need to click on the corresponding square on the map, which is located in the lower left corner of the screen. You don't have to explore and find all the locations to get through the mystery. You can even accidentally make a few mistakes that will block access to some places.

The action takes place in the winter of 1910. The main character's name is Crawford Tillinghast. This professor went on an expedition. He wants to find a village that is lost somewhere in the mountains of Europe. This place is shrouded in the secrets and myths of a bygone era. The protagonist investigates cults and believes that the small village, which has been forgotten by the gods and humans, will help him become famous in scientific circles. Indie project has a horror atmosphere.
